INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

The registration fee includes:

ACCREDITATION

The #NORISK Forum events can only be accessed with a participant badge.
 

ALL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ACCREDITED

October 25  09:00 to 15:00

The accreditation procedure involves checking the participant’s identity documents (the passport, driver’s license, military ID) and providing a participant badge.

Participants should keep their badges and identity documents with them at all times on the Forum venue.
 

THE BADGE MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO THIRD PARTIES.
 

A badge can be obtained after a participant has entered all the requested information in their online personal account and has paid the registration fee. We kindly ask that you pay the registration fee in advance after completing the participation agreement.

 

PLEASE NOTE!

Cash payments cannot be made on the Forum venue.

Suitcases and large size bags are prohibited on the venue.

Процедура аккредитации заключается в проверке документов, удостоверяющих личность участника (паспорт, водительское удостоверение, военный билет) и выдаче бейджа участника.

Бейдж, а также документ, удостоверяющий личность, необходимо иметь при себе в течение всего времени работы Форума.

ПЕРЕДАЧА БЕЙДЖА ТРЕТЬИМ ЛИЦАМ ЗАПРЕЩЕНА!

Бейдж выдается участнику, если им внесены все запрашиваемые сведения в личном кабинете, произведена оплата регистрационного взноса. Оплата регистрационных взносов производится заблаговременно после оформления договора участия.

Оплата счета означает полное и безоговорочное согласие Заказчика с условиями оказания услуг, изложенных в договоре-оферте.

ДОГОВОР-ОФЕРТА
 

Наличная оплата на месте не предусмотрена.
 

Проход на площадку с чемоданами и крупногабаритными сумками запрещен.

ISSUE OF REPORTING DOCUMENTS

Reporting documents can be collected at the Accreditation Desk on October 24 and 25 from 12:00 to 17:00 upon presentation of an identity document, a power of attorney to collect and sign documents (if necessary), and the original participation contract (signed and stamped by the organization).

 

Organizations that will not receive reporting documents during the Forum will be sent a package of original documents by Russian Post after the Forum finishes.

 

You can submit the act signed by your organization, as well as mark attendance in your business trip certificate at the Accreditation Desk on October 24 and 25 from 12:00 to 17:00.

Participants can hold business negotiations over a cup of coffee in the coffee break area.
